If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will provide a refund or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase.* Whether you made your purchase online or from our retail store, you may return or exchange it by mail or in store.
With receipt: Items returned in accordance with Pokey’s Tackle Shop guidelines, accompanied by a receipt and in saleable condition will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method. Items returned with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Pokey’s Tackle Shop gift card.
Without receipt: Items returned in accordance with Pokey’s Tackle Shop guidelines unaccompanied by a receipt will be processed at the lowest selling price in the past 60 days, plus applicable sales tax. Such items may be exchanged for the same product, or returned for merchandise credit in the form of a Pokey’s Tackle Shop gift card.
Note: Unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order or if the product is defective, shipping fees charged at time of order will not be refunded and the cost of return shipping (if a pre-paid return label included with your original order is used) will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund. We cannot accept COD return orders.
Pokey’s Tackle Shop reserves the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges.
For items damaged in shipment, please call Customer Care at 1-306-359-1910 or email firstname.lastname@example.org before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

Retail Store Returns
To return or exchange an item at one of our store locations, please take your merchandise to the Service Counter in the store.
Call Centre or Online Purchases
1. Repack the item in its original packaging.
Include any literature, manuals, software or other materials that were included with the item.
2. Prepare the package for shipment.
Include your invoice (or a copy) with the merchandise. On the invoice use the return checkboxes to indicate the reason for your return and also specify if you would like a refund or exchange. For exchanges please specify the article number(s) you wish to exchange for.
Note that if an exchange is not available a refund will be issued.
Please keep a copy of the invoice for your records. Refunds will only be issued in the same form as payment was taken. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order, or if the product is defective.
3. Wrap & ship the package
Wrap securely to protect the item and avoid any possible damage in transit. If a return label was included with your shipment (Canada Post) please use that label to return the item to Pokey’s Tackle Shop. Simply attach the included label to the package and drop off at the appropriate depot.
For shipments without a return label, please send your return via Canada Post only. If your package cannot be handled by Canada Post, please call 1-306-359-1910 to discuss the details of your return - we will advise you of an alternate carrier.
